    • 8 eggs
    • ½ cup finely diced bacon
    • ½ cup whole milk
    • 4 ounces of fresh goat cheese
    • 1 cup diced onion
    • 1 package of baby spinach
    • 2 cups diced red, orange bell peppers
    • Kosher salt and black pepper

    Directions:

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium mixing dish, combine eggs, milk, 1 teaspoon salt, and 12 teaspoon pepper. Place aside.
