Panera Bread will launch two salads in April 2023 for spring and summer. Panera's new Southwest Caesar Salad and seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad are twists on classics.
The Southwest Caesar Salad starts with romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, grilled chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
In addition to Caesar dressing, the salad finishes with a creamy drizzle of chipotle aioli sauce, made with chipotle chiles, mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic.

Panera's fruit salad has romaine lettuce, chicken, mandarin oranges, strawberries, pineapples, blueberries, toasted nuts, and a sweet poppyseed dressing.
On April 5, 2023, Panera's Green Goddess Cobb, BBQ Chicken, Fuji Apple, Asian Sesame, Greek Salad, Caesar Salad, and Citrus Asian Crunch, all with or without chicken, will join those salads.
